Support
We understand the need for support after the sale, that's why when you call before, during or after the sale you will only talk to trained, knowledgeable professional representatives. We do everything we can to make your job easer, and when something come up, we will do anything and everything in our power to resolve it right the first time, as quickly as possible.
Customer Support is available Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (EST) for all Survey Cube customers with questions and/or issues.
For further customer flexibility and cost effectiveness we offer the following packages:
- Technical Maintenance and Support
- Upgrade Assurance
- Premium (includes both Upgrade and Technical Maintenance and Support)
Technical Maintenance and Support entitles you to receive critical bug updates, minor fixes, and unlimited product support via email and telephone. Product enhancements are not included.
Upgrade Assurance is the most cost effective option for obtaining new releases and upgrade enhancements, critical bug updates and minor fixes. When a maintenance release or enhancement upgrade becomes available during your upgrade period, you will be notified by email with download instructions.
Premium includes Tehnical Maintenance, Support and Upgrads at a 25% Discount. For pricing information and assistance, please contact your Account Manager.
