No, we have the option to host Survey Cube and all the data you collect for a small monthly fee. This option usually saves the customer time and money while assuring reliable access.

What reporting tools can I use to run reports with (SPSS, Crystal Reports…etc)?
Survey Cube has charts and graphs built in so you can view/show the results from a survey on the fly. It is also compatible with most reporting tools to include SPSS, Crystal Reports, People Soft, etc…

Can Survey Cube be customized?
We have added the features and options that are desired by most organizations and we have new releases available periodically. However if you need something else we can give you a quote on customization.

What is the limit on respondents at one time?
Unlimited.

What is required for a person to take a survey with Survey Cube?
All that is required is Internet access and the link to the survey (either from you web-site or via e-mail). Survey Cube work's with both Internet Explorer and Netscape.

Can Survey Cube be shared between two or more departments at one time?
Survey Cube was designed so that multiple users from multiple departments can use it at the same time, while keeping the surveys, questions and data hidden from the other departments. You can control who has access to Survey Cube and what their functions are.

How do I create a survey with Survey Cube?
Survey Cube is truly web-based, it does not require downloads, plug-in, or any other special configurations. To create, edit and deploy, view reports all you need is Internet access and IE 4.0 or newer. You can create a survey at home and check the responses while traveling.

How long will it take me to learn how to use Survey Cube?
Survey Cube comes with 4 hours of training; most of the time customers don't need all 4 hours. Help screen are built in to give you more information when needed.
